Aztec Painted Pianos, “Big Sound in a Small Town”, is a public arts project, sponsored by the Aztec Chamber of Commerce. It combines music and art in the form of playable pianos painted in attractive scenes and colorful designs by local artists.
9 pianos featured at the Plaza and businesses on historic Main Avenue and in other popular locations.
Free concerts with local musicians are scheduled during the season to play. Pianos are open for anyone to play.
Local artists have donated time to create these one of a kind art.
